Television is a system for transmitting visual images and sound that are reproduced on screens. It's primarily used for broadcasting programs for entertainment, education, news, etc.
Think of television like a window into different worlds. Each channel is a different view or scene - some show you the news (real world), others take you to fictional places (movies/series), while others teach you new things (educational channels).
Broadcasting Network: A group of interconnected stations that share programming and often have shared ownership or management.
Cable TV: A system of delivering television programming to consumers via radio frequency signals transmitted through coaxial cables or light pulses through fiber-optic cables.
Satellite TV: A service that delivers television programming to viewers by relaying it from a communications satellite orbiting the Earth directly to the viewer's location.
