Definition

Radio is a technology that uses radio waves for communication. It's used for broadcasting music, news, talk shows and other forms of entertainment across long distances without wires.

Analogy

Imagine radio as an invisible postman who delivers messages (music/news/talk shows) from the sender's house(radio station) directly into your home(radio receiver). You don't see him coming or going but he always delivers!
