Definition
Manchuria is a historical region in northeast Asia. It was a significant battleground during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, with Russia, Japan, and China all vying for control.
Analogy
Think of Manchuria as a popular toy that everyone wants to have. Just like how kids might fight over who gets to play with it, countries fought over who got to control Manchuria because of its strategic location and resources.
