Feminists are individuals or groups who advocate for women's rights on the grounds of political, social, and economic equality to men.

Analogy

Think of feminists as the coaches in a soccer game where the players (women) have been unfairly sidelined. The coach (feminist) advocates for equal playing time and rules that ensure fair competition between all players regardless of their gender.
