Definition
Careers refer to an individual's journey through learning, work, and other aspects of life. In historical context, it can also refer to the evolution of professions over time.
Analogy
Consider careers as a road trip. You start at one point (education), travel through various landscapes (different jobs or roles), face obstacles along the way (challenges), but ultimately reach your destination (retirement or end goal).
