In January 1933, Adolf Hitler was appointed as the Chancellor of Germany. His policies led to World War II and the genocide known as the Holocaust, which resulted in an estimated 6 million Jews killed by Nazi Germany.

Imagine a new CEO (Hitler) taking over a struggling company (Germany). Instead of improving things, he makes drastic changes that harm many employees (the Holocaust) and start conflicts with other companies (World War II).
