Grams per Liter
Definition
This is a unit of concentration, specifically mass concentration, that measures the amount of a substance (in grams) present in a liter of solution.
Analogy
Imagine you're making lemonade. The sugar you add represents the 'grams' and the total volume of your lemonade mixture is the 'liter'. So, if you add 200 grams of sugar to make 1 liter of lemonade, your concentration would be 200 grams per liter.
