Concentration changes refer to variations in the amount of substance per unit volume in a solution or mixture during a chemical process.
Imagine making lemonade. The more lemons and sugar you add into water (increasing their concentrations), stronger will be your lemonade. If you dilute it with more water (decreasing their concentrations), it becomes weaker.
Molarity: The number of moles of solute per liter of solution.
Dilution: The process reducing concentration by adding solvent without changing amount substance present.
Solubility Equilibrium: The state at which solid solute and dissolved solute exist in equilibrium.
