In art, time can refer to both actual duration (how long it takes for something to happen) as well as implied duration (the illusion of time passing within a static artwork).
Imagine a series of photographs capturing different moments of a person jumping. Each photo freezes a specific moment, but when viewed in sequence, they create the illusion of movement and the passage of time.
Motion Blur: A technique used to depict movement by intentionally blurring certain elements in an artwork.
Chronology: The arrangement of events or objects in the order of their occurrence in time.
Narrative: The use of visual elements to tell a story or convey a sequence of events.
