An unconditioned response is a natural, automatic reaction to an unconditioned stimulus.
Think of the UR like your body's immediate reaction when you step on a sharp object. You don't need to learn this response; it's automatic and happens without thinking - you immediately pull your foot away.
Reflex: An automatic and rapid response to a stimulus, which is not under conscious control.
Innate Behavior: A behavior that is genetically programmed and does not require any learning or experience to be exhibited.
Stimulus-Response Theory: The theory suggesting that all behaviors are responses to certain stimuli in the environment.
