Nationality refers to the status of belonging to a particular nation by origin, birth, or naturalization. It's a legal relationship between an individual and a country.
Think of nationality like your home address. It's where you officially reside and it's recognized by everyone else as your official place of residence. Just like how your home address is unique to you, your nationality is unique to you as well.
Citizenship: This is the status of being a citizen, if one has full civil and political rights in their country.
Sovereignty: The supreme power or authority that a state has over its territory and population.
Nation-state: A form of political organization under which a relatively homogeneous people inhabit a sovereign state; especially :a state containing one as opposed to several nationalities.
