Family dynamics refer to how family members interact with each other, their roles within the family, and how these interactions and roles may change over time.
Imagine a sports team where each player has a specific role, like a goalie or striker in soccer. Similarly, in families, each member has a role (like parent or child), and they interact with each other in unique ways based on those roles.
