FRQ

Definition

FRQ stands for Free Response Question. It is a type of question commonly found in AP Environmental Science exams where students are required to provide a written response rather than selecting from multiple-choice options.

Analogy

Think of an FRQ as a blank canvas where you have the freedom to paint your answer using words instead of colors. Just like an artist expresses their creativity on a canvas, you express your knowledge and understanding through writing in an FRQ.
