人格发展 (réngé fāzhǎn) - personality development: The process through which individuals acquire and develop their unique set of traits, behaviors, and patterns of thinking.
道德观念 (dàodé guānniàn) - moral values/ethics: The principles or standards that guide individuals in distinguishing right from wrong.
自我意识 (zìwǒ yìshí) - self-awareness: The ability to recognize one's own thoughts, feelings, strengths, weaknesses, and motivations.
